Welcome to our official newsletter for the members of The Woods at Elm Creek Homeowners Association.
Did you know that back when our HOA was first incorporated in 1993 and each phase of WECHA was taking shape into a new development the use of a newsletter to connect us as a new neighborhood was common? It also was a helpful means to connect our members to the HOA directors. Over time, as our membership became more established and our volunteer bench decreased, the newsletter stopped. Building a strong WECHA community in addition to maintaining a desirable high-value development is important to your current directors. As a result, we are happy to deliver to our members a semi-regular WECHA e-newsletter.
Look for news, information, and updates from each of our committees and departments. Our desire for this newsletter is to keep you informed and to continue to make the Woods at Elm Creek a great place to live! Feel free to offer feedback.
