The association's annual dues for 2023 remain at $140. They are for the calendar year January 1-December 31. Invoices are typically mailed each year in June and are due net 30 days. Late payments are subject to a late fee and applicable finance charges. See association bylaws for specific details.
Beginning in 2023, homeowners have the opportunity to submit their annual dues payments through automated clearing house (ACH) debits.
We are offering this option to make paying your annual dues as convenient and hassle-free as possible. With ACH debits, you won't have to worry about remembering to mail in your payment each year. Instead, the amount due will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on June 30th of each calendar year.
Of course, we understand that not everyone may want to participate in this new payment option. That's why we're still offering the traditional option of mailing in your payment. We hope that by offering both options, we can accommodate the diverse preferences of our homeowners.
Additionally, we would also like to offer the option of electronic invoicing. If you opt-in, you will receive your annual dues invoice via email instead of a paper invoice in the mail. This will further reduce paper waste and make it even more convenient to manage your HOA payments.
To participate in either of these new options, please fill out the ACH Debit Authorization Form and return it to us by mail or email at thewoodsatelmcreek@gmail.com. If you prefer to continue receiving paper invoices, please indicate this on the form.
