Annual Dues

The association's annual dues for 2022 are $140. They are for the calendar year January 1-December 31. Invoices are mailed each year in May and are due net 30 days. Late payments are subject to a late fee and applicable finance charges. See association bylaws for specific details.

Our association is now set up to accept electronic payments via Zelle®. This includes your annual dues payments! What is Zelle®? It is a fast, safe and easy way to send money to, and receive money from, people you know and trust who have a bank account in the U.S. -- typically in minutes when both sender and receiver are already enrolled with Zelle® at their financial institution or in the Zelle® app. We use Wells Fargo for our HOA banking and our system is ready for your payments. However, you don't need to be a Wells Fargo customer to send or receive Zelle® payments. You just need to be enrolled with Zelle® through your own bank or the Zelle® app.

What do you need to do to use Zelle®?


  1. Enroll in Zelle® with your bank.
  2. Add WECHA as a trusted recipient to your Zelle®.
  3. Enter WECHA email address, thewoodsatelmcreek@gmail.com. Then enter their first and last name.
  4. Send money. Be sure to include your address in the memo so we can update your dues account.
