The maintenance committee is responsible for identifying common areas that need repair, replacement, or upkeep. This committee will seek bids and contractor recommendations for any work to be completed in the WECHA common areas and facilitate findings for discussion with WECHA directors for approval or deferral. Committee members may also plan and personally participate in scheduled projects. It is the goal of the maintenance committee to enhance the aesthetics and safety of common areas within our association.
